Dr. Rosenbloom was born in Philadelphia and grew up in southern New Jersey and the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. He graduated from Pocono Mountain High School then attended Lafayette College in Easton, PA, earning degrees in English and Psychology. He returned to the Philadelphia area in 1997 to attend the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2001.

Over the years, he has worked in insurance, as a tennis pro, and as an instructor and trainer for a children's ski school in the Poconos. He has come to accept that dogs and children really are his peer groups. In his spare time, he can frequently be found chasing frisbees.

Dr. Rosenbloom is also an avid biker who is thrilled to live and practice medicine in such a beautiful part of Pennsylvania.
